Thank you for visiting F.O.E. I am Jeh Howell, an artist in the field of make-up and theatrics. With an eye for detail, I am dedicated to giving my clients "over the top" creations for their performances. I will be happy to talk with you concerning your next project. I am a very creative individual.

I am self taught thru books, videos and various hands-on seminars.

I have been interested in make-up and effects from the time I saw Frankenstein and the

Wolfman on the movie screen.

Curiosity led me to figure out how they were created and who created them.

I have tried to simulate the talents of Dick Smith, Tom Savini, Rick Baker, Rob Bottin,

Stan Winston and many, many others.

Creating make-up and effects has always been a passion for me. To create an "illusion" that is

hard to distinguish from reality is my goal for all projects.

I own and operate Factory of Effects, a professional make-up studio that creates prosthetic

appliances, scene elements and costumes for film and theatre productions.

As a make-up and effects artist, I have worked on many projects for film and theatre.

These projects have included prosthetic appliances, severed limbs, cuts and bruises or straight character.

Any project that F.O.E. takes on will be handcrafted with the greatest detail possible.
